Through his affiliations with ICSC and CCIM (canditate) he is able to provide his clients with expertise in real estate finance, investment techniques, appraisal practices, and real estate law. In addition to the knowledge Kyle possesses about the real estate field, he also prides himself on having an honest work ethic. His faith based values give clients a peace of mind and create trust-based relationships with the client's interest being top priority.

Outside of real estate Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, motorcycling, disc golfing, and following UNI athletics.
